# Hollywood (West Coast IPA)

A West Coast inspired IPA, Hollywood has a biscuit malt backbone that is derived from its pilsner malt sourced from Island Malt House. With moderate bitterness, intense hop character and notes of melon and pine, Hollywood is a very approachable IPA.
